Terms and Conditions
MENTORING SERVICES CONTRACT – “ACTIVATING THE FLOW OF THE SPIRIT IN YOUR LIFE AND MINISTRY WITH BRAD FLOOK”
By this private instrument, on the one hand, BRAD FLOOK MINISTRIES, a legal entity governed by private law, hereinafter referred to as the CONTRACTOR, and, on the other hand, the PARTICIPANT qualified in the electronic registration form, hereinafter referred to as the CONTRACTOR, have between them, fair and contracted as follows:
1. OBJECT
1.1 The purpose of this contract is for the CONTRACTED PARTY to provide the “Activating the Flow of the Spirit in Your Life and Ministry Mentorship with Brad Flook”, an online mentoring program aimed at spiritual growth and Christian leadership development, in accordance with the Holy Scriptures.
1.2 The mentoring program includes six (06) live group sessions, each lasting approximately 1 hour 30 minutes, as well as weekly Q&As, as per clause 4.
1.3 At the end of your registration, a letter will be sent to the email address of your church or pastor, as filled in on the registration form, communicating your participation in the mentoring program.
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 The following are eligible to apply
a) Licensed and ordained ministers in the five ministerial gifts.
b) Presiding and assistant pastors.
c) People in leadership positions in the local church.
3. DURATION AND TIMETABLE
3.1 The program lasts for 06 (six) months from the first class – August 19, 2025.
3.2 Group session times (except holidays):
- English class participants – 3rd Tuesday of each month, 7:30 p.m. (EDT);
- Portuguese class participants – 3rd Wednesday of each month, 8pm (BRT).
3.3 In the event of a justified impossibility, the CONTRACTED PARTY may reschedule the session by communicating the new date at least 24 hours in advance.
3.4 The sessions will be held via Zoom® (or a similar platform) and recorded; the replay will be available in a restricted area for participants, provided they can justify their absence.
4. SERVICES INCLUDED
- a) Live group mentoring conducted by Brad Flook (teaching, practical training and space for questions);
b) Total content of 09 (nine) hours of teaching distributed over the sessions;
c) Weekly Q&A: written or video answers to the most recurring questions sent in anonymously;
d) Support materials (handouts and others).
5. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONTRACTOR
5.1 Offer solid biblical teaching, practical guidance and a safe environment for ministerial development.
5.2 Make recordings of the sessions available within 72 hours of them taking place when necessary, see section 3.4.
5.3 Keep personal and ministerial information shared confidential, unless expressly authorized by the CONTRACTOR.
6. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONTRACTOR
6.1 Comply with the eligibility requirements (clause 2).
6.2 Attend sessions on time, respect the confidentiality of the group and do not share links or materials with third parties.
6.3 To pay in accordance with clause 7 and to behave in accordance with Christian principles.
7. INVESTMENT AND FORM OF PAYMENT
7.1 The investment for the full program is US$ 249.90 (two hundred and forty-nine dollars and ninety cents) or R$ 1,399.90 (one thousand, three hundred and ninety-nine reais and ninety cents).
7.2 Payment can be made via Mercado Pago (via PIX or installments available up to 6x) or PayPal (in a single or recurring installment).
7.3 The fee is non-refundable.
7.4 Registration is personal and non-transferable.
8. CANCELLATION AND ABSENCE POLICY
8.1 Cancellation requests will only be accepted within 24 hours of registration.
8.2 After 24 hours from purchase, there will be no refund, regardless of actual participation in the sessions.
8.3 Absences do not generate an individual refund, and the CONTRACTOR is limited to access to the recordings.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
9.1 All materials, recordings and content provided belong to the CONTRACTED PARTY and may not be recorded and/or reproduced in whole or in part without authorization.
9.2 Contracting the program does not imply the granting of personal endorsement or ministerial licenses by Brad Flook.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
10.1 The CONTRACTOR undertakes to provide teaching and mentoring services; however, the practical outcome in the CONTRACTOR’s ministry depends on factors beyond the CONTRACTOR’s control.
10.2 Under no circumstances will the CONTRACTED PARTY be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or losses arising from the application of the teachings.
11. TERMINATION
11.1 The CONTRACTED PARTY may terminate this contract, without refunding any amounts, if the CONTRACTOR:
a) violates the rules of Christian conduct;
b) shares links/material without authorization;
c) provides false information when registering.
